While it is a strange name for an air or marine vessel, the possibility still leaves the sentence with a homophonic error.

But if I remember correctly, it mentions the Fed keeping rates down to just shy of 0% after a relatively mild recession at the beginning of 2000 in all of one sentence and all but completely ignores Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac encouraging subprime borrowing along with pretty much the entire government bureaucracy.

It seems as if in EVERY sentence there is a term I want to research and learn to the max.

I was thinking the property was in another state...it sounds like just the owner is in another state.Given that, ignore my sentence about the contract being legal in another state.
