I do know of some builders and lenders in the area that are organizing to create solutions for people who are stuck because a builder can't finish the job.

Formost real estate investors, a Plus subscription is needed so you can organize by property.

I had a case when needed to clean the coffeemaker and did it during a couple hours, or organized the TV replacement with a new unit in less than 4 hours.And Bremerton is a bit of an hour drive but totally doable for me for managing, and will definitely have a local cleaning team and handyman. 

A mortgage company is usually an organization that only lends mortgages.

Most organized landlords I know plan on keeping things separate. 

But I would definitely restructure to remove exposure, shouldn't be too much of a lift to organize LLC's and proper trust!
