I just freshly turned 19 and I got my license when I was 18, On what advice you can provide as a REALTOR?

I know in her book Avery Carl recommends cancelling all current bookings and starting fresh, but the property is pretty turnkey and I really hate to lose those bookings and honestly would feel bad for the people who are planning their spring break vacations for next month thinking they have a great place to stay lined up.One option Avery mentioned is having the property management company contact current bookings and asking them to cancel their bookings and rebook on the new listing.

They revealed that the bank had paid for the policies, yet they failed to bill the bank the difference since they upped our insurance rates without notifying us, and neglected to inform us of the cancellations.

I think if a list like that was published, first it would probably be illegal under the FCRA information to publish and second no one who had the list would ever reveal it. :-) It's gold!
