I'd call insurance before having any sort of plumber to come do any repairs.

But what you will find is that most repairs are pretty easy - and if we don't want to mess with it we will call someone ourselves... but someone we know is going to shoot us a fair deal.

Renting out mobile homes can be a great source of cash flow but they’re notorious for being damaged significantly by tenants and tend to need a good bit of repairs before renting out to the next tenant.

That aside, If it were me I'd get a professional estimate of what repairs would cost, and make the decision to keep or sell based on that. 

I thought I could solve the vagrant problem by buying and repairing the buildings.

I've had a lot of large repairs in the past year that just kill the cash flow.

Alternatively you may decide not to address the capex but be prepared to deal with high frequency maintenance requests with duct tape repairs.
