(kitchens/bathrooms are small, avg lam flooring cost is $150)Misc materials (plywood/2x4's/paint/cool seal) usually runs about $250.If you need appliances, stoves and refrigerators are about $75 a piece on craigslist.So for about $1,500 you've got a mobile home with no leaks, solid floors, fresh paint, new carpet, new wood flooring and ready to sell.

If this is a typical Ohio rental, you definitely don't want to include appliances beyone stove and refrigerator (no dishwasher, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, washers/dryers, trash compactor, etc).

There's old cat feces everywhere, noticeable urine stains, scratched up walls, black mold on the walls, rotten window sills, doors made out of wood and chicken wire that apparently were built to block off hallways, a tree partially through the roof in the living room, holes in the walls in some places, refrigerators that are beyond disgusting and vanities that are barely standing among other issues.The place has a lot of potential I think once it's cleaned up but I've never tackled this kind of situation before.
