I would add a few more ways to create recurring revenue streams.

The thrid party aggregates and processes tenant initiated or recurring 'direct debit' transactions via ACH with low transaction costs ($0.50 to $3.00 average).I'd like to know how this will work for you so I can have an option that doesn't involve the ACH intermediary my company uses now.
