You can do this by yourself.It will come wrapped in plastic.Lay out a tarp or two where the driver can drive up on the tarps.Cut the plastic wrap only at the ends.There is a cardboard tube the carpet is wrapped around, pass a good rope through the tube to the other end at the front of the truck.Get a 2x6 or 2x8 board about 3 feet long and tie the rope on the board, make sure the knots are good.Truck backs up on the tarps.Tie the other end off to an immovable object, like your car frame.Truck pulls forward slowly and the carpet drops on the tarps. 

That means you need to be all the more careful about following the law, and laws you may not know exist...and while not knowing about them as a layman might get you a pass, as an agent it will not.

The property has a cess pool and most likely will not pass a title v inspection. 

If it needs a full gut rehab the it surely will not pass a lead paint test.
