Here's some thought provoking points:The BORROWER can create cashflow for themselves through an exchange on their loan.Any defined number of payments can be sold. 

No one is shutting you down but offering you thought-provoking questions and strong warnings.

Really good points Michelle Na it seems like I'm more likely to alienate good tenants, or provoke conflict than to catch a problem early on.
