The city will give you less time to do repair than they take to notify you of the repair.Anyway, I'm trying to provoke some empathy in you, so maybe you can be self aware enough to know anybody that says something like: "I think the coast and the Big Cities should just have enough housing stock to accommodate everyone who wants to be there at a reasonable price."
