Finally, I'd be weary of anyone who goes to such great lengths to falsely promote their "achievements" and "successes" when in reality it seems DJ has no notable achievements to speak of other than briefly playing for the San Francisco Giants 30 years ago.

Hey @John Gonzalez, As accountants on BP, we are not allowed to self-promote.

It is illegal to promote a property without having it under contract, which must include a marketing clause and "and/or assigns" language in the contract.

I could sell these assets today and BOAST of a high IRR and equity multiple not to mention receive about $1M in GP promote for doing so.

The loans made by the fund are secured by a pledge of certain promote distributions from, and limited liability company interests in, a separate affiliated real estate venture as described in the Memorandum.

Why Bigger pockets is promoting them is a mystery unless they did not do their homework.
