What key performance indicators (KPIs) do you track to measure their progress?

Geico/Progressive do not offer them - they offer homeowner's insurance, condo insurance, renter's insurance and etc, but none of them covers the building structure & the common areas.

Hi Sarah, congrats on the momentum and progress to date!

He has promised countless times over several months (5 months to be exact) to come back to us with "a proposal by the end of this week" via email on 11/28/23 and "we will get this wrapped up this week" via email on 12/11/23 - and we are already in the first week of February 2024 without a proposal and without any progress in coming to a resolution.

I'll keep educating myself through books, websites, and apps as I progress.

My suggestion as someone who currently has 6 fix and flips and 5 new builds in progress throughout Dade and Broward is to fix and flip anywhere the numbers make sense.
