As everyone is getting for the holidays to ramp up and the new year to turn, I want to give some insight into a simple thing that me and my team have been doing to increase our ROI by about 10-15% each month.  

I did most everything I was supposed to do, increase my income, decrease my living expenses, save cash, etc.. 

No disrespect to anyone, but cant we begin to see the increasing amount of novices with zero cash, poor credit, little income for personal expenses, haven't heard of they're local meetup nor bigger pockets nor which book like Kiyosaki nor Brandon Turner nor Grant Cordone's etc-all about to become millionaires easily.

The population continues to rise, increasing the demand for housing.

You increase the likelihood that you continue to receive that $8,500 each month. 

California owners, should we increase our coverage, which should result in higher premiums?  

With regulations increasing we've been seeing more and more people who want to invest in STRs start investing in Vacation rentals.

It can increase your capacity to pull off certain deals.

I have clients who are increasing their cash flow by between $19k and $55k and their cost basis is between $145k and $200k.

I think it will increase down the road, but right now the town is a bit on the past.
