Primer doesn't hold up to water / air born vaper / steam / and humidity.

As all of my friends are recently buying single family homes for large sums of money I can only think about continuing to rent and getting into REI and going full steam over the next 10 years so that I can build up a portfolio of cash generating assets.  

So with that out of the way I have been slowly building steam.

I then left for vacation and when I came back I saw that they did indeed try to clean the apt (there where "steam marks" on the carpet, which was also WET), but the stain where still all there. 

With Toyota and the other large firms coming in, yeah, Plano is way hot and the surrounding areas are also riding on that steam. 

Their useful value will lose steam the first month of employment and will somewhat lose greater significant value the third year.

Steam clean um and move on.

Yes, more fishing & skiing are in the plans but I don't see myself full steam ahead anymore, which means unlikely empire building.  

I am going full steam ahead and looking forward to achieving my goals.

Things are finally picking up some steam.
