I tell people all the time: if you can't find a quality PM in a market, don't invest in that market!

At least do these things before marketing your house.

opens up a lot more markets and opportunities. you can build a 400 square foot unit or 4 of them or 3 of them or any size unit you want on any lot. 

All channels can work, but in my experience, the greatest oppportunities often pop up when you know exactly what your returns need to look like and keep your ear to the ground in your market.

No direct experience in ABQ but I have looked at other NM markets.

A lot of different strategies work very well in the Cleveland market.

This creates a major opportunity for property owners to develop and sell, adding new inventory to the market.
