STR by Nob Hill - Albuquerque NM

Hi Everyone! I am new here and have done AirBNB recently in Los Angeles. My mom bought a property near Nob Hill (3 bedroom/2 bath) and is interested in starting a STR. Has anyone had experience with this in Albuquerque and be open to a call or coffee? I see there is a limit on AirBNBs but doesn't say exactly if that limit is capped or not. Also, interested in returns people are seeing and whether it is smarter to go LTR. Any help would be great. Thanks!
