Now, this didn't concern me because I had looked at the property and was planning to have an inspection anyway, but my attorney insisted seller redo disclosure paper properly since obviously there are several things wrong with the house which is in direct contrast with what the disclosure states.I brought this up to the realtor and he got very upset about it.

It will come by ACH, not check (you should've sent in direct deposit docs with the others).If I were in your shoes, I would email the caseworker, the bookkeeper and the supervisor daily until I get a response with a clear resolution.

@Jordan Santiago Asking why your direct mail campaign was unsuccessful without us seeing the design and/or copy will not produce any good solutions for you.When I work with clients in direct mailing, I usually explain to them to expect a 2% conversion rate.It's not that you targeted the wrong area, but that your targeting was off.

I'm optimistic that the Trust will not be considered a disqualified person based on the IRS definition... (5) any direct or indirect owner of 50% or more of any of the following:the combined voting power of all classes of stock entitled to vote, or the total value of shares of all classes of stock of a corporation that is an employer or employee organization described in (3) or (4);the capital interest or profits interest of a partnership that is an employer or employee organization described in (3) or (4); orthe beneficial interest of a trust or unincorporated enterprise that is an employer or an employee organization described in (3) or (4); The 3rd bullet references a Trust and it mentions the beneficial interest and not the trustees.
