So, I humbly suggest you consider what energy you are putting out to the world.

In my humble opinion-it's the best strategy.You wont find these deals on the MLS and you more than likely wont find them through an agent.

It seems like a growing location with tons of upside potential in my humble opinion.

@Steven Rosenfeld,I know that this may sound really obvious , but in my humble opinion, you may not want to state your detailed, personal , money amounts on the internet.

So everyone sees my in your face attitude, ego, and aggressiveness.. in real life I am quite the funny humble goofball, BUT i am extremely competitive, and some like me, most don't, and I don't give a crap.

Now I am commited to overcome inertia and begin investing following a business plan that outlines flipping to build some capital and then create some passive income.I will say I am impressed and inspired by the vast array of information and expertise available within this group and humbled by the evidence of what I don't know.

I have been told that Humble, Katy, Sugarland are also great rental acquisition areas among others.

There is a lot that goes into this and, in our humble opinion, it makes more sense to tap into a system that already exists and is working...

Do not be overly scared to invest in humble areas.
