hello just following up on this tread, if you did purchase property and did have it harvested ?

I've learned to judge each day by the seeds I've planted and not by the harvest.

Since I don't know how different areas compare with one another yet, this might be helpful to folks interested in Huntsville and surrounding areas like Madison, Harvest, Decatur.

Whether it is a wedding, a harvest festival, a religious holiday, or a national observance, our celebrations are woven tightly into our overall cultural identity.

I am curious as to how folks are thinking these days with regard to harvesting equity in rental properties?

A property that will generate cash flow may stall or deflate when it comes to appreciation, and it could be a coup in a low-interest environment to harvest that equity at a high point and utilize those funds to expand your portfolio.

Contract with a logging company to harvest your trees while you decide.

Water harvesting, both rainwater and gray water, is legal and encouraged here in AZ, and I'd do it with both, but I plan to move in a couple of years, and don't want to spend the money on this house.
