Im Titus. ill start off by saying i really appreciate all big pockets member. as i continues to read more about the beautiful game of real estate investment i create this account through youtube search. i cant be any happier to have this platform where people help answer helpful question. so here we go.

@Brian Geiger we use MB's SDA and couldn't be happier with it.

Our company uses Buildium and we could not be happier.

LOL, but it all worked out and I was happier for it.

@Taylor Eilers I'm another AD Fayetteville investor that's been buying/wholesaling here for about a year and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Ultimately, I think the decision needs to be made more on which you'll be happier with!

I would definitely be able to spend more time with the family and be a happier person over all, and yeah even with taking out 80k that would be enough to keep rolling into more deals. 

They were extremely picky on tenants, and now couldn't be happier with it. 

I have more job satisfaction, a better work life balance and I'd say I'm overall happier than anyone I know. 

Assuming both have the same job stability and medical benefits, which would make you happier and allow you to meet your goals?
