Hello everyone,It seems most postcard printing/mailing companies provide their own templates, but I have custom graphics ready to be printed with my own logo, ad copy etc..Is there a specific postcard printer/mailer that will let me upload my custom graphics?

Gonna try to paste this from a Facebook post ... it's a graphic, so I can't just copy and paste the text ...So, the key is to identify yourself as someone affected by the COVID-19 situation.

My understanding to date is that many send out mass mailings and hope some will get in contact, or build up relationships (compared to my angle of identifying people at properties who actually go to a realtor website but who may not have made contact).I have attached an example graphic showing the type of address level detail we collect, but haven't yet attached a link to website page/video explanation, as I don't want to be seen as a spammy salesperson on my first post here!

I calculated these numbers last night...and actually when we put it under contract, we had a last minute bump in price by $10k that pushed the IRR up to 25.72% from the 25.49% shown in the graphic and for the calculations.
