While we have good facilities management, I cannot say my cleaner is the absolute best and is head and shoulders above the rest.People tend to hire us who are too busy to talk to guests, do the pricing, etc. 

It seems you are in over your head and should take a step back and reset expectations.

Off the top of my head a win we are proud of is bringing back a few blocks on the SouthSide of Chicago.

In my opinion Florida is headed for a downturn in the local real estate market.

The only difference is that there might be an explainable rationale for holding on to a property, such as a well-founded belief that equity gains are coming (such as owning a house in a rapidly growing area or property where the next commercial boom is headed), whereas with gambling your odds never change regardless of your losses.
