Fire property managers IMMEDIATELY as soon as they start sucking!!

We just added some large property updates this year (heated/chilled pool, fire pit, extensive landscaping) so I am trying to get a revenue projection for 2025 given all of the updates. 

And when I applied for a rental license it was a really easy process, they cared more about the safety things like having enough smoke detectors and fire extinguisher and GFCI outlets near water, etc. 

Putting credit lines in place might make sense to have the capital available if a sure fire opportunity comes your way, but I would learn to get a certain level of comfort with paid off mortgages too.

I do this work for large commercial building fire alarm and sprinkler system submittals.

I'd love some input on what to do:I am a 40 yrs with a stock market investments of 350K trying to coast fire in the next couple of years.I just got a green card and moving to the US from Canada and looking at which accounts to invest that money in the US.But I am not sure I will stay in the US in 10 or 20 yrs.What do you think would be the best strategy to coast fire when you are not sure where you are going to be in your later years?
