Should I install a gas or oil furnace?

Don't discount your rents for renters trying to fish for a deal!

i did. we verbally agree to 1000 sqft gross rent on 5 month trial for $1000 plus $160 for their portion of cmp and oil bill. with no security deposit by him and no repairs required by me. 

Reason being, once you gave a big fish on your hook, the time allotted to you to reel it in is short.  

They say the fish stinks from the head down.

I was in Kelowna last may on my way to Douglas lake to fish and boy its really hopping there.. 

Only things that stop me are bad foundations, underground oil tanks, old septics and older well water systems.

I don't fish without a license.
