Marcus and Millichap and CBRE come to mind.Once you have learned how the game works leave and find good product for real estate investors instead of coking deals up with fantasy numbers for the big firms.

I like to think that BP is a place where visitors and members can learn about the reality of real estate; that's why many of the gurus don't like it here... many of their get rich quick claims are also crushed here.This site is not designed to help people live in a fantasy world.

The top 20% are always looking to go to the next level.This basically comes down to the CREATORS and the EXISTORS.Creators ask how can I improve constantly something and do it better at a high level.Existors ( fantasy name I made up ) want to do the minimum to get by and then be lazy.
