With my current real estate agent and my driving local neighborhoods I stumbled across a family in NE that was looking to sell their 3 family home and had a realtor that had not posted it on the MLS - luckily my RE agent knew their agent and facilitated the deal before posting on MLS and I purchased at a low rate (considering).With all that being said, the area is expensive, you have to know what you want : meaning : property type,location( so KEY), price range, condition and profitability.

What do people like doing on vacation in these areas and can your house help facilitate that? 

The days of forcing talent to move to California to secure capital are gone and with capital formation largely happening and being facilitated online you can expect for this to continue to accelerate.

Do what the accommodator/facilitator says NOT a escrow/title/attorney. 

There are fees associated with all of these filings as well as paperwork that you need to provide before the filings can be completed, so contacting their office ahead of time will save you a ton of headaches.On your lockout date, the sheriff will come to the property, post the eviction notice, allow you to change the locks, and facilitate the physical removal of the tenant if that is needed.
