What software is your favorite for rentals?

I've recently been looking into software to manage my first property. (I've just placed a tenant) I've heard a lot about Cosy.co but I've noticed they are merging with apartments.com I'm looking for software that offers reporting on-time payments to there credit report. and also facilitates payments. Thanks in advance.
