I created this software 10 years ago and have been refining and evolving it ever since.

The way I see it, as much as vacation properties struggle with seasonal business - local businesses do as well and are constantly trying to evolve to draw in revenue in off times.

The book truly reflects how women have started to evolve in the work place but points out how many of us need to evolve and invest for our selves without needing or wanting the financial support of a man.

I talk about our strategy and getting started with no money down in podcast 103 :) Over time we developed our strategy and build an "always evolving plan" towards our goal, of early retirement off the cash flow in 15 years.We are buy and hold investors who invest in class A properties self-managing from a distance while working full time.

Anyway I've always liked learning about things and have recently been fascinated with real estate, especially with the way Sydney real estate has been evolving overtime. 

The area is already evolving, especially with the St Elizabeth and homeland security developments underway.
