So embrace, the fear, let it lead you to success not analysis paralysis. 

So I hear plenty of stories about markets these days which are much healthier than the one I’m in for new construction and it makes me wonder what the real barriers are to being successful from a distance.

I am going to perform a miracle and embrace the pink tile and make it look intentional.

That's why I embraced properties instead of land.Sorry for the long post, I've been trying to buy raw farmland for years with no luck.  

Let me be the first to say that When we opened the company Doud Realty we had roughly 87 rental units in June of 2012,  this month we have brought our total up to 200 Rental units, and we working with technology, and embracing the future.  

Don't get me wrong, I am in the business to make money but I've decided to have a healthier relationship with money.
