I hate having to write all this but I feel bad for all the people who have given Ryan and Tyler money they don’t have to spend after listening to his high-pressure and very unrealistic sales pitch about making easy millions.During the high pressure sales presentation they pressure people into finding ways to pay for their $35-40k program.

Yes , I was hoping I would have enough to start my real estate journey in LA but Im starting to see it might not be as accessible as I thought

Bottom line sub too is an advanced strategy that should only be done by Experienced investor with significant cash reserves or access to lending/like substantial LOC that already exist and can be taped at a moments notice. 

They do local meetups but you can at least gain access to true off market properties as apposed to using wholesalers.

It is about creating an experience and really focusing on easily accessibility with convenience. 

If you’ve got strong tenant demand, proximity to top employers, or even access to public transit, you’re laying a solid foundation.

It's not easy, as I said we dance the razors edge of profit and loss and last few years it's not been very profitable despite sizable growth.
