The other posters have mentioned some great locations, so I'll just stick to Aurora and tell you more about it.What I love about Aurora is the number of hospitals, restaurant scene, and proximity to the airport, and jobs (easy access to downtown and DTC). 

2) We have reasoned in past discussions that there is not necessarily a true 'shortage' of housing....it is often more of a situation where people cannot live exactly where they want to. 3) Of course everyone wants to live close to work, close to downtown, etc....but not everyone gets to have that luxury. 

I aim to purchase two apartments outright in either Brickell or downtown Miami—properties with minimal HOA expenses. 

If you could find a way to create a tiny "village" - maybe an upscale, green RV park as far as ordinances go - but location would have to be prime - biking distance to downtown Boulder?

I am currently under contract in Winston-Salem in southwest of downtown close to I40 & 421. 

Some great neighborhoods that have great schools, and low crime in the Orlando area are College Park, Winter Park, Windermere, Winter Garden, Maitland, Baldwin Park, SoDo (south downtown), Dr Philips, and Oviedo. 

., then there are some groups up in Harrisburg.I have met a few other investors in our area.I'm happy to chat and meet downtown sometime.

It’s a 5 minute drive from a major entertainment district, downtown business area, and near the crossroads of 2 interstates.

there could be some good plays for office downtown PDX as it has the highest vacancy rate in the nation for established cities of its size.
