Started listening to real estate podcasts like millionaire mindsets, black real estate dialogue, and CC smack.

Versus we are 15% and cannot manage in the grove. need way more data and dialogue to make a recommendation and even then, I would only advise u by running a revenue projection and THEN you could build out a proforma from there.  

Have you tried cash for keys or opening a dialogue with the owner.

Although my personal experience is trumped by many more seasoned veterans in the field, I hope to provide any sort of help and dialogue to anyone who is willing to reach out. 

As with anyone I think its important to listen, start a dialogue, use the principles laid out in How to win friends and influence people see what pain points she may have.

I want this professional community to engage in professional dialogue that informs my and everyone’s ability to become more successful investors.

If you plan to live there for 7-10 years, that could be time enough for you to open a dialogue with the city to see if something can be done.

We need to focus on increasing the number of positive interactions we have and reducing our negative interactions.We need to engage each other with more smiles, kind words, encouragement, gratitude, meaningful conversations, honest dialogues, and sincere positive interactions.
