Sensitive Subject: Older Owner. Lifetime Use/Right of Refusal
How can an offer be done respectfully: Background: The owner of the home has no children and it is her childhood home. She is strong-headed but also not in a great financial position. She is relatively healthy and not "elderly".
What is the best way to approach this in a way that will keep her happy and in her house, but also put us in a position to be able to own the house now or in the future?
Thank you
