DAP 3rd? 

True REI investors just close deals, day after day, they don't need a dap and a beer after.

I was thinking of getting an ultra wide angle lens 10 to 18 mm cannon one I heard it was good and only $300 can anyone recommend how to use it or tips were using it as far as lighting settings etc. for interior photosI'm flipping a house in Los Angeles about to put it on the MLSPardon brevity or mistakes I'm dictating on the phone

ALSO, there are many, many different types of "Down Payment Assistance" (DAP) programs. 

There are plenty of variations on the theme, but if you look at it through then lens of zoning, you're talking about a mobile home community.  

When I say look where others are not, what I mean is you have to look at deals through a different lens.

Through that lens I see homeless people who work hard at becoming self-sufficient.

I would advise using a wider lens when you photograph the place to show off the space more.
