Using Zillow, for example, you'll see that there are a lot of neighborhoods where rents are very robust - with a buy-and-hold strategy, they could give you a very strong return.

Just a thought... wholesaling from what I can see unless your one of the rare few is a quick start and frustrate and stop thing.. with no real long term money making Opps.. but it really depends on the market for sure.. if your in one of the mid west cities where you have a huge amount of low end vacant homes with distressed type real estate this can be much more viable.. if your in a more robust market or smaller town..

I'm a little late to the game, but wanted to make sure you knew about the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer site (formerly, and still colloquially, referred to just as the Auditor's site)... https://myplace.cuyahogacounty.us/It's an extremely robust interface, and you can search by property address, parcel number, or owner name (or just use the map feature to click on any parcel), and see tons of info on the property.

And our forum is so robust even those that have stepped up to Jets and TBM's ( which is What Chris Clothier should buy)  and personal Jets etc. they stay on the site because its such a great community.Then I found BP and being a higher time RE investor I liked this site.. but I have finally figured out after 18 months or so.. that a vast majority of the posts have some alterier motive .. its the way the site is designed.. if you want to market yourself you have to go over to the market place. .so many sales folks just try to figure out how to subliminal market  LOL...
