Yes the fact it was a gas install was my issue without doing any major changes to the runsI could have changed the nipple configuration but easier to just go with what was there.We also change out the venting annually if it can't be cleaned effectively.Getting it flush would require recessing the hookups within the wall.

This is my first MFH and I just don't know much about them.I will definitely look into the platting suggestion, but the acreage is so heavily treed and it's configured in such a way that doing that will be difficult.  

They're tall skinny units, but with some tweaks to the floor plans the layouts aren't bad - parking under; kitchen, 1/2 bath and open living area on the first floor; two beds and a bath on the second floor; master bed and bath on the third floor.  1,400 - 1,500 sf of living area.I worked on the design team of a resort project with 100 Cavco cabins of different configurations and 16' was the max for regular road transport at the time.  

I don't see a way to configure Tenant cloud to apply this tax to the tenant's invoice and add it for collection. 

Exact same configuration and layout and almost the same amenity.

The configuration of the property certainly impacts how it "lives" so you and your wife probably need to negotiate what's an acceptable living arrangement.

How does a wholesaler configure their assignment fee? 

Screening is absolutely necessary to reduce risks, but "door slammer" isn't something tracked by experian or transunion, nor is something the prior landlord may know anything about depending on the configuration of their last accomodation.Designing or updating the accomodation to reduce these sorts of conflicts is your best bet.   

Depending on your house configuration it could be easy task, or not so easy...
