Hello all!

I have been meaning to get deals from WS and I haven't gotten a deal yet, but I am expecting one soon.

Q1. What should the contract of the buyer/seller entail and how does a wholesaler fit into that?

Q2. Do I get in under contract of a property even if there is not much equity in it?

Q3. How does a wholesaler configure their assignment fee?
