Which will rot out your chimney over time.An old A/C is fine on a new evaporator with a piston(not a txv) as long as the piston is matched to the condenser.

Some of our apartments have old aluminum windows that condense very quickly when people start cooking or showering without running fans to clear out the steam.

Because not only will there be the first service call of $175.00 plus $285.00 for 100 gallons of oil , there will be another trip charge plus time to bleed the furnace and probably have to thaw the lines and replace the filter and nozzle . ( its a bottom feed 1 line so condensation and crud usually gets in the line. )  This will cost total about $ 650.00 all done.

Account Closed Totally, yes..many folks are moving to more rural areas like TX, FL and MN where large corporations have decided to outsource and condense.

Now he said he sold him everything including the kilns and warned us to not be too lenient with the potential tenant on timeframes, because he "takes his time " and is currently not responding to phone calls or condensing any of the molds and stuff that is spread out everywhere. 

Spray foam is awesome I did a house years ago all radiant heat 5000sq' with spray foam and condensing boilers.
