If you truly enjoy property management, it might be for you, regardless of financial consideration.If evaluating the question purely from a financial standpoint, it comes down to the value of your time. 

Play dumb, ask questions, and try to gain as much info as possible before choosing a contractor. 

Hi all - I posted a similar question on another thread but want to approach it from a different angle.As we know Boston/sorrounding towns is an expensive market and finding cash flow is a challenge.With that said, there's potential in other cities around the country.
