We want decent quality (plywood boxes), but it doesn't need to be fancy, just looking to update the kitchen for a good price.Anyone have any recommendations for a contractor they've used, or a cabinet supplier who can also do the install?

Title insurance won't cover that, you need to clear the taxes before any loan can be obtained for rehab and I wouldn't rehab a place with tax liens pending, involuntary liens have a way of discouraging others to get involved, contractors, material suppliers, lenders, not to mention that taxes may need to be cleared before a building permit might be issued!

It`s in Matthews.Based on what I've seen in Atlanta, and assuming your area is similar (it's not too far away), $60/sf might be reasonable if you've done this before, if you manage the process yourself, if you have proven suppliers, if you're good at negotiating and if you don't run into any unforseen issues.I think $60/sf is unrealistic if you're hiring a builder.

If you are ready to go all out not really care about pay, benefits and relocation, and be exactly in seattle, get with a contracting agency like aerotek out there and they will get you in somewhere fairly quickly with a big company or supplier in any industry than seek out a something more suitable for your lifestyle.

They offered to come this afternoon, but there would be a $55 surcharge for a Sunday visit, plus an extra charge if they had to make a second trip because their parts supplier isn't open Sunday.

As a cabinet supplier, usually it's hard to tell the construction of the cabinet once it's installed.However, if you are holding the property,the cabinets may not last, if you are flipping the feedback I get from my customers is "I have a reputation out there and can't put in junk".
