How can I get bookings in this type of environment in the dead of winter? 

As of 2-3 weeks ago my Airbnb has been listed, the first week of its posting the first month was already almost fully booked out.

Brandon Turner wrote a book for BP called Investing with Low or No Money Down - start with that.

We follow David Lindahl’s Multifamily Millions book written in 2008.  

Our experience is Airbnb, 60% of bookings, Zillow, 30%, Furnished Finder, 1 booking.

Buy a few books, start simple, do your own property managing.

@JerryllYes I completely understand have been a professional data scientist since 2018 before i swapped it out for real estate development 2 years ago.

You should start getting bookings almost immediately. 

I have found it harder to bring in financial partners on my last property even though it has higher bookings that than other properties.
