Jennifer Alcide LLC Paying the Mortgage in My Name
8 June 2023 | 16 replies
I think someone else blatantly said the IRS would not recognize the LLC as a separate entity, which again is incorrect depending on context (given the various elections, including sub-s and c, that are available to it).
Ken Virzi Why won't a top agent work with Holton Wise?
29 October 2019 | 68 replies
@Ken Virzi If this post was ANYTHING other than a blatant and transparent attempt to damage Mr Wise’s reputation, you would’ve posted it in a market-specific forum (ie something related to Cleveland) instead of here in the General Real Estate > Buying & Selling Real Estate Discussion forum for the whole of BP to see.

7 November 2021 | 3 replies
As long as nobody complains, or you don't pay your bird dog as a blatantly obvious part of the escrow closing procedures, how would the state even know what you are doing?

13 January 2024 | 7 replies
Hi everyone, last night I spent an hour watching Rob Swanson’sMasterclass: The One Call CloseLearn the One Call Close and close more seller leads into profit.watching Rob Swanson’s webinar called: Although I know that normally the guru’s try and pull you in with a promise of  a free something in order to get your time/attention to have the opportunity to sell you something too, I was truly stunned and amazed that Rob blatantly seems to promise he’ll reveal on the webinar the exact steps to do the one call close, then never delivers anything other than a sales pitch on how to buy his $997 system!
Zachary Corum Financing using an LLC

My insurance agent is a great friend of mine from high school and he carries almost ALL of my policies (personal and business) and he has blatantly told me that he doesnt make a lot on my personal stuff, but the commissions are higher on the business policies.
Nathan Frey Private Note Funds - Accredited / Non-Accredited Investors
6 January 2022 | 20 replies
Some operators will take more risks than others and I've seen or heard of a lot of situations where I thought the individuals were doing things that were clearly out of compliance without any consequences. In my opinion, at the end of the day, the SEC will come after a sponsor when they do something blatant that catches their attention or when a disgruntled investor complains (usually because of poor communication or not getting paid on their investment like they expected to).

Katelynn Malivert HELP! Contractor Woes on my first investment property!
18 January 2024 | 54 replies
Because this was blatant fraud, we highly doubted the contractor would be spooked enough to pay up.
