I think you missed your window.The PM ought to have been more assertive and met the appraiser with a key - you had your shot with that approach - water over the dam. 

Granted, the default rate has trended downward, but it has rarely been below 15%.All this strains the credibility of the assertion that subject-to deals, at least in the US at a macro level, have a conversion rate anywhere near 90%. 

So it's truly an assertion of value. 

I find this assertion a bit strange.

You were quick to assert yourself when you felt 'attacked' here.

I have hundreds of buyers who would dispute this assertion. 

Ie you get sued they look into your asserts of the company there is no equity to take.  

But your little assertion that the landlord is going to lose when he is in the legal right is laughably ignorant.

This serves as a marked counterexample to this assertion.
