They also use a special website with a special algorithm that scans sights like Airbnb and VRBO looking for listings that do not have the proper permits.

I have since done a lot more due diligence in my screens with a large help to the tenant screen algorithm on BP.

Credit inquiries from mortgage lenders within 30 days are grouped together for scoring purposes as if they were 1 single inquiry.Inquiries from mortgage lenders simply dont have much of an affect on somones credit profile that has good credit.It is unlikely you are getting a score from someplace that uses the same algorithm that lenders actually use.

I would like to know how you do it.Hmm, ok, takes that idea out then- I was thinking that maybe the algorithm had already started optimizing for people who were similar to your early leads, and so also Spanish speaking. 

This would hopefully cover checkouts/cleaning, cross-platform utilization, pricing algorithms etc.

I believe it's all algorithms on when to re-list lower.
