I bought a duplex in Southwest Philly/Eastwick (near the airport) for too much in 2018 and put a substantial amount of money into it.

Not to mention two airports for business and personal travel.

Can't be in the MetaVerse, can't be next to motorcycle gang clubhouse, can't be in the flight path of a major airport, can't be a bad deal...I can't disclose my other conditions as that is highly proprietary information, super top-secret. 

You get a nice, quaint downtown, many great options for mountain biking and hiking, proximity to the airport, proximity to other towns like Hendersonville, breweries, etc.

We have a lot of jobs and people moving here continuously from CA and elsewhere due to Texas favorable business environment, DFW being a great airport for bus. travelers, relatively low cost of living, highly educated labor pool, etc.

I assume you are south of the airport.

If so, the property value might be tied to the proposed airport.
