But if you require airlines to include every fee in the price before you buy, they should probably do the same thing with hotel rooms. 

I think there is a nice little business to be had supplying just park owners with homes at scale and financing them in a more attractive way.well one way maybe you set it up like the airlines..

I do work for an airline and see the need.  

If you don't have airline connections it can be hard to connect with the tenant base. 

For perspective, flight from LA to KC is bit over 3 half hours and can be cheap if you fly budget airlines.

I would also suggest that you factor in the cost of an airline flight to your potential investment property.

For out of state deals you'll need a trusted contact, wholesaler, or broker that can give you an honest evaluation of the property unless you have a stockpile of free airline miles.

We rely on software, but if you have just one you should still model your pricing strategy the same way hotels/airlines do.
