How did you come about your rates / rent with the providing agencies when renting to them? 

There has been a lot of turnover in the featured agent program and I agree, the lack of responsiveness to us (the paying customers) and inability to reach an account rep directly, could use some serious improvement. 

Good writing, lack of knowledge on the historical context of the industry (outside of statistics).

Was it due to features, lack of scaling, or something else?

When a tenant leaves owing $2,000 in damages, reporting them to a credit reporting agency may pressure them into paying you to protect their credit.

It works well and doesn't give the resident the agency to make changes or cancel policies we require. 

I am leaning towards as-is due to the lack of funds in my current situation.

Both lack CASH when they come to table. 

Someone may have lack of buyers etc

Still competitive due to lack of inventory but the return potential is much better.
