Copper out last all other materials for mains, if it is a main go with copper not pex I've replaced so many pex water mains. 10 years is a short life span, the foundation could of settled and caused the brake

In some instances you can simply replace a broken section, if you have several brakes, broken pipes in the walls, or old plumbing you may find replacing all lines to be the best option.

I used to drive a vehicle whe the previous owner hit a deer(cracked windshield and inoperable passengar door) and ruined the muffler trying to do an aftermarket glass-pac.After I bought newer used truck (also about the time I started having less time/valuing it more), I stopped being able to collect rent/make money in the war zones.Not sure if it was the change in auto or change in me.I do discriminate against tenants that roll up in an escalade.

However, the attorney has a Mustang Cobra convertible & Zeus rides in the passenger seat a full head & shoulders above the windshield, so if he had to brake hard Zeus would be a very large hood ornament.Both often complain about the rearranging of furniture as the dog bounds through the home knocking any obstacles asunder but I assume some form of obedience training will prevail.

there arent very many areas in this town that I can think of going for even 50k and the ones that are, I wouldnt even touch my brakes goin through sorry about your deal though that really sucks
