There are kids running around , camp fires , Adults partaking in a debates oround the campfire with adult beverages .

As far as golf goes, I measure my games in how many balls I lose in the desert but I’m always ready to have an adult beverage on the front 9 and back 9.

Also I recommend to get all the applications for the tenants or require all tenants to be screened (at sellers cost, 40 a adult is good). 

Neither is innocent and I’ve told them both multiple times that they need to act like adults and be respectful of the other (music and noise to a minimum during the day and nothing at night as stated in the leases.)

That situation is getting a little ridiculous when they are all adults . 

i.e. 1 adult occupant only?

I have a tenant (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog and 1 car).

Please be aware that separate Baltimore County law prohibits more than two unrelated adults from living together unless the unit is authorized by the county as a rooming or boarding house.I thought the rule was the you can have more than two unrelated adults if you just register your house as a rental unit.Do you have any details on how difficult it would be to get a house authorized as a rooming/boarding house for college students or is it pretty much impossible to do?

The home will suffer excess wear-and-tear from eight adults.

Not sure if the same will apply to an adult child.
