How much should i charge as i was told they could put like 2 adults per bedroom.

I realize that there are going to be some difficult moments with becoming a real estate investor, but I have not exactly had a trouble-free life as an adult.

I think that as young adults if we stay hungry and be diligent at this age we're going to achieve what we want regardless👍🏻My regret in college is that I didn't start going to meet ups.

Screen and qualify the 2 adults and sign the lease with them only.

Texas code Sec. 92.010 says:  the maximum number of adults that a landlord may allow to occupy a dwelling is three times the number of bedrooms in the dwelling.

Looking at a house in my local Sheriff sale foreclosure auction.There are 3 other adults listed on the mortgage as intervenors, looks like 2 sons and a daughter or daughter in law.I believe they are each declaring bankruptcy one by one to extend the foreclosure date.
