Some sort of offer dashboard would be nice or CRM tool?

I created a dashboard from this data so that I can see a real-time wholistic view of my occupancy rates, revenue, avg nights/booking, avg guests/booking, etc. across ALL booking platforms (another custom automation using channel manager, digital automation platform, and sql server database)- Automated Guest Message Check-In Points (standard message templates through channel manager)- Automated Cleaner SMS Notifications for New Bookings, Cancellations, and Check-Outs (standard option that most channel managers offer)- Smart Pricing (PriceLabs) Future Plans:- Install smart bulbs so that I can ensure the lights are turned off when the guest checks out- I would love to figure out how to automate the inventory management piece of that when we're getting low on supplies, they can automatically be re-ordered At this point my level of interaction with the business is quite minimal.

Rentigo's dashboard has an almost "oversimplified" design but it makes finding the relevant information really easy.

VRBO's market dashboard and Pricelabs both indicate about 30-32 days lead time prior to booking.

I'm not aware of anything in the HomeAway family like Airbnb's cohosting but I don't do much business through there and when I do I just communicate through my PMS so I don't log into the dashboard too much. 

@Joshua Strickland With syncing calendars between platforms, does it really just become a single dashboard to view?

I would love to track everything one spot without being an accountant & get the RE numbers in a dashboard.  

I am thinking something like a dashboard (Stessa.com) that you can do cost seg study and track each property by itself.

Rentalizer is one tool, Transparent has a market intelligence dashboard, and I have a proforma tool I like to use as I look for a new STR to invest in.
