Online rental property management software
Hey Bp's, I am set to close on my first investment property on the 23rd of December. We will be renting out one unit and living in the other. We do plan on building our portfolio by 1-2 properties a year hoping to inch our way into small apartment complexes within 2 years. I want to treat my 1st property as if I already have 50 so Im able to scale up with ease and to do that I need to create a system from the very first property Are there any property management software you guys would suggest? I also want to create a website that would allow my tenants to pay their rent online and submit maintenance request etc. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately Im not a tech wiz so I need something fairly straight forward but effective, something beginner friendly or at the very least easy to learn. I searched online and was completely overwhelmed with the different programs offered, and as a new REI its hard to know which programs are worthwhile and which ones aren't. GUYSSSS HELPPPP
